Shipping and Handling Policy

All parcels within Australia are shipped using Australia Post.

Small satchel $8.25
Holds up to 500g
355 x 220mm^*

Medium satchel $13.40
Holds up to 3kg
405 x 310mm^*

Large satchel $16.70
Holds up to 5kg
510 x 435mm^*

Orders are sent within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

International orders will have to contact me for postage costs.

TARIFFS TO AFFECT CUSTOMERS IN USA

The United States government has announced that new tariffs are being imposed on all countries as of the 29th August 2025. Due to issues with applying the tariffs to orders we have decided not to send orders to the US. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Customer Service Policy

In the event that I am unable to fill an order for you I will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a refund.
