Shipping and Handling Policy

All parcels within Australia are shipped using Australia Post.

Holds up to 500g
355 x 220mm^*

Medium satchel $13.40
Holds up to 3kg
405 x 310mm^*

Large satchel $16.70
Holds up to 5kg
510 x 435mm^*

Orders are sent within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

International orders will have to contact me for postage costs.

Customer Service Policy

In the event that I am unable to fill an order for you I will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a refund.

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Refund and Returns Policy
